Headway is a charity set up to give help and support to people affected by brain injury. Organised as a network of local Groups and Branches throughout the UK and Channel Islands, Headway offers a wide range of services, including rehabilitation programmes, carer support, social re-integration, community outreach and respite care.
The figures relating to numbers of people who are affected by brain injury are scary......we all know of someone who has been affected, so donating to the challenge is a great thing to do. Also, you are paying for the knowledge that there will be tears, blisters, aches, pains and tiredness. Not often you get to see grown men (and women) cry. Give as much, or as little as you can to help us support this worthy cause. We will be very grateful. |
