Stage 1: Trust Review Information Form - This document is completed by either your firm or by one of our partners. This form gathers all the relevant background information. Stage 2: Upon receipt of the information form an analysis of the existing Trust investments is undertaken. An Investment Suitability Report is prepared and sent to you. This report will detail any areas of concern and provide suggestions as to how they can be dealt with. Stage 3: We will prepare the required documents to ensure adherence to the Trustee Act 2000. Stage 4: If there are serious areas of concern, we will prepare a further report which provides the Trustees with more specific investment suggestions, in line with the requirements of the Trust. There is no commitment to implement these suggestions. On an ongoing basis, we are able to offer this service periodically, to ensure continuing adherence to the Trustee Act 2000. We also offer training to legal advisers on the requirements of the Trustee Act 2000 and our service. We are registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Bar Council for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) purposes. As part of our service in this area we also offer links to reputable legal firms who deal with legal issues surrounding the role of Trustees. Please note that none of the legal firms or specialist individuals listed have any vested interest in Nestor Partnership nor we in them. These links are purely a service that we provide for our clients to assist them in identifying and locating suitable professionals.
